DataMPowered interpretation

Across these contributions, DataMPowered argues that productive, accountable AI requires governing consequential work: separating inference from establishment, capability from access, access from authority, authority from judgement, and automation from delegation. That grammar is DataMPowered's interpretive framework, not a universal statutory test.
