Product maturity
Capabilities are grouped by implementation maturity. Do not infer customer-facing availability from internal platform foundations alone.
ifCEM is the operational platform where DataMPowered implements Operational Intelligence and Judgement Governance foundations. Intelligence is treated as a function of context, experience and modularity — I = f(c + e + m) — not as an attribute of a single model.
It is publicly available as a pilot — a usable product for real professional work, not a conceptual demonstration.
DataMPowered® is the company and intellectual-property authority. ifCEM is the operational platform that implements the company's operating model and governing discipline.
Operational Intelligence is the operating model. ifCEM is where that model is exercised through language-based work entry, context assembly, bounded execution and accountable outcomes.
Judgement Governance™ is the governing discipline. ifCEM implements its foundational boundaries and supporting capabilities — including evidence records, GovernedWork and emerging Judgement Object and Judgement Passport foundations.
Judgement Governance does not yet span every workflow in the public pilot.
The Personal Aide supports private preparation — helping a user express intent, explore context and prepare work before it enters governed coordination.
The Supervisor mediates governed work — coordinating checks, clarifications, pauses and refusals, and helping ensure work stays within bounded capability and authority.
Workers are bounded capabilities — not autonomous agents, AI employees or individual foundation models.
A Worker mechanism may include deterministic execution, approved tool chains or selected language-model use where appropriate. Many ifCEM turns may require no foundation model at all.
GovernedWork is the platform's unit of governed execution — persisting the work session, its context, mechanisms engaged and governance records for supported workflows.
Not every routine task creates a Judgement Object or receives a Judgement Passport.
Judgement Object™ is the governed lifecycle container for consequential matters — cases, decisions and programmes where authority, evidence and outcomes must persist together.
Core persistence, lifecycle, authority and read foundations are implemented. Broader customer-facing lifecycle experiences continue to be developed.

Judgement Passport™ preserves how an eligible accountable outcome was reached — linking evidence, provenance and human responsibility.
Internal issuance and read foundations exist for eligible governed outcomes. Complete customer presentation, access and export are still being incorporated.

Judgement Object customer experiences, stronger Object–Passport association and broader Passport access are being incorporated into the product progressively.
Production CRM, ERP and case-management integrations, institution-specific adapters, cross-agency orchestration, full Team and Enterprise administration, customer-facing Passport export and paid self-service checkout remain institutional direction — not current public-pilot claims.
