AI Governance Diagnostic
Review the organisation's current AI governance arrangements, including policies, decision rights, use cases, controls, human oversight, evidence, accountability and gaps between policy and operational practice.
AI Governance & Assurance
AI governance becomes meaningful when it governs the work, not only the model.
DataMPowered® works with institutions that are moving from AI principles, policies and risk frameworks into operational environments where AI contributes to real decisions, services and institutional work.
Our focus is on preserving clarity around authority, applicable rules, access, evidence, execution, human judgement and accountability.
How DataMPowered can be engaged
Current engagements may include the following. They are complementary ways of applying the same architecture, not a separate product catalogue.
Review the organisation's current AI governance arrangements, including policies, decision rights, use cases, controls, human oversight, evidence, accountability and gaps between policy and operational practice.
Define how AI-supported work should be governed in practice, including who may initiate, approve, operate, assure and oversee AI use; how risk and escalation operate; where human judgement is required; and what evidence must survive the outcome.
Assess specific AI use cases or agentic initiatives against institutional authority, access rights, applicable rules, evidence, execution boundaries, human intervention, provenance and accountability.
Take one consequential workflow or service journey and demonstrate how the required governance model could operate in practice. ifCEM may be used where appropriate as the operational environment for the demonstrator.
Provide defined-period advisory support to institutions building or maturing their AI governance capability, particularly where they are not yet ready to establish a permanent internal governance function.
What distinguishes the work
DataMPowered does not treat AI governance as a model-only problem.
Consequential institutional outcomes are produced through combinations of people, policies, evidence, systems, rules, organisational authority, executable capability and human judgement.
Our work therefore looks beyond the model to the institutional conditions required for an AI-supported outcome to remain legitimate, explainable and accountable.
That focus is grounded in DataMPowered's existing architecture, not a separate consulting method.
The operating model for connecting expressed intent to discovery, establishment, capability assembly, governed work and accountable outcomes.
Explore Operational IntelligenceThe governing discipline for how consequential human judgement is prepared, supported, exercised, evidenced and reviewable, including where models contribute.
Explore Judgement GovernanceA structured provenance and accountability record for eligible governed outcomes. Customer-facing access and export remain under development.
Explore Judgement PassportDataMPowered can be engaged to help move from AI principles and policy into accountable operational practice, or to examine one real piece of work through a governed demonstrator.
