The DataMPowered website located at https://datampowered.au is a copyrighted work belonging to DataMPowered Pvt. Ltd. 2. Cancellation and Refunds

If a guest cancels with at least 30 days’ notice before the start date, the full deposit and any advance rental will be refunded. After the start date, 30 days’ notice is required; no refunds are allowed within the first 30 days. The deposit is refundable, but advance rental will only be refunded once a replacement guest is confirmed.

3. Access and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or copy any portion of the Site except as permitted under these Terms.

4. Site Modifications and Maintenance

DataMPowered may modify or terminate access to the Site without notice. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from changes or outages.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content and intellectual property are owned by DataMPowered or its suppliers. No rights are granted beyond the limited license in Section 3.

6. Third-Party Content and Interactions

DataMPowered is not responsible for any third-party links, ads, or user-generated content. Use such resources at your own risk.

7. Cookies and Web Beacons

8. Disclaimers

16. Entire Agreement
